Jozef Markocki is an author of The Form Theatre Mime Stage in Poland. For 11 years he create his own mime and movement theatre with professional mime actors. In his spectacles he synthesizes the Tomaszewski method (author of polish mime theatre) and influation of impressions, feelings. His training combines elements of classical mime, classical dance, body language, drama theatre techniques, contemporary dance, actor's physical training, relaxation methods.

Slava Inozemcev is an author of Physical Theatre - InZhest in Belarus. His theatre works on an original system of training which is called "Dances of Animals". In his performances he uses methods of body and psychophysical training. His training synthesizes various elements of mime, Butoh dance, body improvisation, kung-fu and acrobatics.

Anna Haracz (Poland) - Lesson from yoga and modern dance - dancer and artistic director of Kino Variatino Theatre from Gdańsk/Poland. Her programme is based on the work with the voice and hatha yoga what leads to the Eastern Philosophy to the ergonomy of the body. Her training combines elements of Hatha Yoga by Iyengar method, Vinyasa Krama Yoga, conciousness of the body and modern dance techinique.

We describe the formula of the training as "intense".
Sessions for beginners and advanced actors will take place in groups of 10-15 persons.
The training is going to be held in the countryside and some sessions are planned to take place in the facilities of and an old mill. There will be also Wroclaw sightseeing tour included in our program.

2. Travel to Wrocław and return- at your own expense
We provide a bus travel from Wrocław to Drzemlikowice (workshop place) and back.


Józef Markocki - the founder and an actor of the Form Theater /former Contemporary Pantomime Theater/, a graduate of the State University of Theater, the Actors' Department.
He also graduated from a II-nd Level State Music School. From 1993 to 1997 he worked in Henryk Tomaszewski Wrocław Theater of Pantomime. In the period of 1994-1996 he was a lecturer of the pantomime and the mask at the Wroclaw University of Theater in the Puppet Department and at Techinsche Universitat in Dresden and Gorlitz, Germany.
He runs also mime training courses in Poland and abroad.
